We pay your cashback once the developer confirms your booking. Timelines depend on the developer's payment terms; your advisor will tell you the expected date in writing.

You must register with propOG and be tagged to the project by us before your first site visit. Visits made before tagging cannot be credited to propOG by the developer, so they are not eligible. Agreement value is the price in your registered agreement for sale. It excludes stamp duty, registration charges, GST and any other taxes or government charges.

Yes: you pay propOG zero brokerage, and you get 1% of your agreement value back.

By bank transfer to an account in the buyer's name, after we complete KYC (PAN and address proof). We do not pay in cash or vouchers.

Tax treatment depends on your own situation, so please check with your tax adviser. Your advisor confirms the amount and payout details in writing before it is paid. (This answer is pending legal and tax review.)

Ask for a visit from any project page. You'll get a call directly from the builder's sales team to fix your visit. We tag you first, so your 1% stays safe.

If a booking is cancelled for any reason, no cashback is payable. If cashback was already paid, it must be returned.
